Job Summary


Join our Canadian marketing team!  You will manage the day-to-day execution of our product and corporate brand marketing. Ensure customer collateral is engaging and drives customers to HD Supply to buy products and services. You will be aligned with our product merchants to develop an annual catalogue along with monthly flyers, tabloids and brand standards guides for our multi-family, hospitality and healthcare verticals. Responsible for developing market strategies that assist our sales team to profitably grow Facilities Maintenance customer market share. Works to provide a high level service to maximize sales and gross profit by identifying trends and challenges and looking to implement long term solutions.


Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Works with Marketing CRM, sales team along with merchants to understand needs of business units and determine most effective tactical execution.
  • Responsible for developing annual marketing calendar and aligning internal resources to ensure each campaign is executed on time.
  • Manages internal and external resources for development of marketing materials.
  • Develops content and proofreads printed materials.
  • Manages a wide range of marketing projects through completion within established deadlines.
  • Reviews brand usage in diverse applications to ensure consistency and adherence to defined standards.
  • Manages corporate sponsorships and customer appreciation opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA is preferred but not required
  • 7+ years in marketing role
  • Proven history of successfully executing simple and complex marketing campaigns
  • Experience setting and managing goals and objectives
  • MS Office Suite with proficiency in Excel, reporting and metrics
  • Proficiency with using creative publishing suites
  • Strong presentation skills to various levels within an enterprise environment
