Job Summary


Join our sales leadership team!  You will manage the day-to-day operations of the Canadian inside sales team. Ensure customers receive prompt and efficient service, primarily by phone. You will coach and develop the inside sales reps to close sales with customers in multi-family, hospitality and healthcare verticals. Responsible for developing inside sales strategy by collaborating with other sales leadership, merchandising, marketing and operations. Works to provide a high level customer service while maximizing sales and gross profit along with maintaining profitable growth by identifying trends and challenges and looking to implement long term solutions.



Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Works with sellers to reviews quotes and sales orders to ensure they are profitable along with providing them with coaching and development to help improves selling skills
  • Ensures staff receives adequate sales and technical sales training along with operational process and procedures
  • Assist staff in resolving challenges associated with customer service, product availability, price, product warranty and product delivery.
  • Works with customers as a point of escalation to resolve issues and challenges to improve the customer experience
  • Works with National Accounts team to ensure customer strategy is executed within the inside sales team

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA is preferred but not required
  • 7+ years in an inside sales role
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing a team of 10-15 inside sales professionals
  • Proven history of successfully coaching and mentoring various levels of sales talent
  • Experience setting and managing goals and budgets, annual territory planning
  • Strength in creating a sales culture with motivational programs and content
  • MS Office Suite with proficiency in Excel, reporting and metrics
  • or similar CRM
  • Strong presentation skills to various levels within an enterprise environment
